I invite you to join me for a FREE 7-Day Challenge, to practice putting your spiritual self-care in the order of priority it deserves.

Being still and knowing that God is with us, means we can come to our relationships in a calmer and more fully loving way.

If you haven't been consistently caring for your heart, mind and spirit, come and see what starting the day with scripture, prayer and declarations will do for your strength.

We'll also be tackling a small job in our homes each day to freshen things up, and journaling to practice gratitude and write about the ah ha's we experience.

We will kick-off the challenge with a live zoom call on Monday afternoon, and culminate the following Sunday, with another call to celebrate what we learn!

We need to actively and intentionally fill ourselves each day with God's word and renewed testimony for our own health and well-being, and our families need our faith, strength & leadership too!
